My Miracle Morning

Welcome to My Miracle Morning Route, where we're diving into 8 practices, also known as S.A.V.E.R.S., along with some helpful tips.

But that's not all – you'll also discover a treasure trove of over 100 affirmations. When you read these affirmations aloud, do it with purpose and intention, as if everything you're saying is already a reality. Your subconscious mind can't tell the difference!

Creating your Miracle Morning is all about kicking off your day in a positive and purposeful way. Let's break it down into simple steps.

1. Decide when to wake up:

Pick a consistent time to get out of bed. Make sure it gives you enough time for your routine.

2. Get ready the night before:

Set out anything you'll need in the morning, like workout clothes, a journal, or a book.

3. Do the SAVERS routine:

  • S: Spend a few minutes in silence:

    • Calm your mind through meditation, prayer, or deep breathing.

  • A: Say positive affirmations:

    • Speak out loud positive statements about yourself and your goals.

  • V: Picture your goals:

    • Imagine achieving your goals and visualize the steps to get there.

  • E: Exercise a bit:

    • Do some physical activity, even if it's just a short workout.

  • R: Read something positive:

    • Spend a few minutes reading something that inspires you.

  • S: Write in a journal:

    • Jot down your thoughts, express gratitude, and write about your goals.

4. Start small:

If the whole routine feels like a lot, start with just a few minutes for each activity and increase gradually.

5. Do it every day:

Stick to your routine even on weekends. Consistency is important for it to become a habit.

6. Change if needed:

If something isn't working or your life changes, feel free to adjust your routine.

7. See what works:

Figure out what parts of your routine make you feel good and help you during the day.

8. Keep track of progress:

Write down your achievements and positive changes. It can be motivating and help you see the benefits.

Remember, the goal is to make your morning routine something that you enjoy and that sets a positive tone for your day. Adjust it to fit your preferences and what makes you feel good.
